Job Description
The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking a Revenue Economist to analyze proposed legislation and forecast future state tax revenues.

Requirements

  • Evaluates the fiscal impact of current and proposed legislation on state tax receipts
  • Develops, maintains, and applies econometric models to forecast future state tax revenue
  • Conducts research on tax policy issues
