Role OverviewThe Re-entry Services Coordinator will work with individuals returning from incarceration, providing support and services to help them reintegrate into the community. The RSC will be part of a multi-disciplinary team at the Community Justice Support Center, working with a new initiative called the Ralph Gants Re-entry Services Program.
What You Will Do
The RSC will conduct in-reach to correctional institutions, develop rapport with returning individuals, manage a caseload, and work with the multi-disciplinary team to engage clients in services and coordinate with community-based resources.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or lived experience with some record of educational development
- 2 years of experience working with justice-involved population
- Mastery of basic technology including MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
- Ability to organize and manage a caseload
