Job Description
The Revenue Integrity Analyst is responsible for establishing and maintaining the regional Charge Description Master (CDM) as well as department charge capture processes and controls. This position acts as a liaison between the Central Business Office and revenue generating departments to ensure charging practices are in compliance with Federal and State billing regulations.

Requirements

  • Certification as a Revenue Cycle Integrity Professional (CRIP) preferred but not required
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, healthcare or related field
  • 3+ years’ related experience desired
  • Hospital and professional reimbursement, charge capture, fee schedules and charge master experience required
  • Working knowledge of CPT & HCPCS coding guidelines
  • Epic certifications or experience preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and SQL queries
