Role OverviewThe incumbent contacts taxpayers to resolve tax liabilities and coordinates the filing and enforcement actions for taxes administered by the Department of Revenue. The incumbent also executes levies, garnishments, and transferee liabilities, issues subpoenas, prepares legal affidavits, performs physical asset inventories, secures legal service of documents, and recommends agency actions.

Must be currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue within the General Tax Administration Program or have nine months of experience collecting tax obligations within the General Tax Administration Program.
Requirements
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue within the General Tax Administration Program
- Nine months of experience collecting tax obligations within the General Tax Administration Program
- College education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours for each year of the required nine months of experience collecting tax obligations within the General Tax Administration Program
