Role OverviewThis is a Revenue Specialist III position in the General Tax Administration Program's, Receivables Management, Field Operations - Collections Process, located in the Largo Service Center. The incumbent contacts taxpayers to resolve tax liabilities and coordinates the filing and enforcement actions for Department of Revenue taxes.
What You Will Do
The incumbent also executes levies, garnishments and transferee liability, issues subpoenas, prepares legal affidavits, performs physical asset inventories, secures legal service of documents, and recommends agency actions.

Requirements
- Eighteen months of experience working with accounts receivables/payables, banking, or collections
- Three years of experience as a customer service professional in an office environment utilizing telephones, email, or written correspondence can substitute for the required eighteen months of experience working with accounts receivables/payables, banking, or collections
- College education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semesters or 45 quarter hours for each year of the required eighteen months of experience working with accounts receivables/payables, banking, or collections
