Job Description
The Reach Truck / Forklift Driver plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations within a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to cold chain and food safety standards.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of reach truck or forklift operating experience (warehouse preferred)
  • Current forklift certification
  • Experience in frozen or cold storage environments is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to –20°F
  • Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS systems
  • Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and consistency
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights in racking systems
