Job Description
Join our dynamic teaching team in Akron, Ohio as a Reading Instructor and make a meaningful difference through evidence-based, multisensory instruction. You will work directly with students who require systematic, and multisensory reading instruction, helping them build confidence, independence, and long-term success in reading.
Requirements
Formal training in Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, or another structured literacy approach
Experience working with students who have dyslexia or reading-based learning challenges
Strong understanding of the Science of Reading
Patience, empathy, and a deep belief in every student’s ability to learn
