Requirements

• Drive Literacy Instructional Excellence Across Sites
• Visit each site at least once per week to support the implementation of high-quality literacy instruction and intervention
• Analyze scholar data across sites to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for instructional improvement
• Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen reading instruction, small group intervention, and differentiation practices
• Develop and share resources, tools, and best practices to ensure consistency and rigor across sites
• Coach and Develop SLA Coaches
