Role OverviewThe Facilitator supports customers' achievement of their goals in parenting, relationships, and/or economic security. The role involves recruiting program participants, conducting workshops, and collaborating with community agencies. The Facilitator works in a typical interior office or classroom environment, with limited exposure to physical risk. The position requires flexibility to support program and community needs, including occasional evening hours and use of virtual platforms.
What You Will Do
The Facilitator will conduct workshops and training sessions, recruit program participants, and collaborate with community agencies to support customer needs. The role also involves data entry, data transfer, and exit surveys. The Facilitator will work in a variety of settings, including alternative or reform school settings.
