Role OverviewAs a Ready-Mix Driver, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring safe and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete to a variety of projects and customers. You'll operate modern equipment in both industrial and residential settings, often working independently while knowing our team has your back.
What You Will Do
Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations, conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, load and unload equipment and materials as needed, maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records, and follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years' experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred
- Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record
- Must be 18+ years old
- Pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Hold a valid DOT medical card
- Commitment to safe work practices and PPE usage (company provided)
- Willing to work up to 6 days a week with overtime as needed
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and travel for assignments
