Role OverviewThe role is responsible for safely operating a Ready Mix truck to support production needs while maintaining equipment in proper working condition. The position also includes routine maintenance, cleanliness standards, and assisting with additional equipment operation as needed.
What You Will Do
Perform light maintenance and basic service work on the Ready Mix truck to ensure safe and efficient operation, deliver concrete to production forms accurately and in a timely manner based on workflow demands, and assist with troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of driving experience with large vehicles, flatbeds, box trucks, or semis
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience operating heavy equipment: forklift, crane, loaders, skid steers, etc.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to perform light maintenance
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
