Role OverviewThe Ready Mix Operator is responsible for safely operating a ready-mix truck while ensuring accurate batching, timely delivery, and proper handling of materials. This role also supports basic truck maintenance, recordkeeping, and coordination with Quality Control to ensure product consistency.
What You Will Do
Operate a ready-mix truck safely and in compliance with DOT regulations, obtain and maintain a valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement, and perform light maintenance and cleaning of ready-mix truck and drum.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement and DOT medical card
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and random testing requirements
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform light vehicle maintenance
- Ability to learn and operate computerized batching systems
- Strong attention to safety and detail in all driving and production tasks
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures
- Basic understanding of vehicle care and equipment cleanliness standards
- Strong reliability and ability to work independently in the field
- Willingness to learn and grow in a production and transportation environment
