Role OverviewThis role is responsible for safely operating a Ready Mix truck to support production needs while maintaining equipment in proper working condition.
What You Will Do
Perform light maintenance and basic service work on the Ready Mix truck, deliver concrete to production forms accurately and in a timely manner, and assist with troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to learn safe and efficient operation of a Ready Mix truck
- Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to perform light maintenance
- Ability to operate or learn to operate additional heavy equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
