Role OverviewThe Real Estate Analyst position will be responsible for preparing broker opinions of value (BOVs) for multifamily, retail, office, and industrial real estate, analyzing/underwriting commercial/multifamily values, researching ownership information, and preparing intel lists for properties across the country.
What You Will Do
Analyze and interpret property level financial information, prepare opinions of value, assemble and evaluate property level documents, research property ownership and mortgage information, and gather research regarding leasing and sale fundamentals.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working on multiple projects at a given time, with strong computer skills, communication and writing skills, and prior real estate experience preferred.
Requirements
- At least a general familiarity with all commercial property types
- At least one (1) year in an analytical role within the real estate, private equity, investment banking, consulting, accounting or related industry
- Undergraduate degree in finance, real estate, economics or other related business discipline
- Excel experience is required
- Some Argus knowledge is preferred
- Excellent communication and business writing skills are also a must
