Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm in Denver, with 2–3 years of substantive real estate transactional experience and strong drafting and client management skills.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
  • Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in real estate finance transactions
  • Experience with purchase and sale agreements, joint ventures, and general commercial real estate matters
  • Familiarity with land use and development matters is a plus
  • Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar or eligibility to waive in
