Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
3–6 years of commercial real estate experience
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate agreements required
Strong background in acquisitions, leasing, and financing transactions
Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
