Real Estate Associate Attorney position at a leading international law firm, working on complex real estate transactions across various asset classes and deal structures.

Requirements

  • Represent clients in complex real estate transactions
  • Structure and negotiate joint ventures, equity investments, and entity formations
  • Advise lenders and borrowers on construction and permanent financings
  • Work on portfolio transactions, REITs, and real estate fund matters
  • Handle leasing, development, and asset management matters across asset classes
  • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, JV agreements, financing documents, and related transaction documents
  • Collaborate with tax, corporate, and finance teams on structured real estate deals
