Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm. The position involves supporting complex commercial real estate transactions, reviewing and negotiating loan documents, and advising clients throughout the full lifecycle of real estate transactions.
Requirements
3+ years of commercial real estate experience
Experience representing owners, investors, developers, lenders, landlords, and tenants
Strong familiarity with transactional workflows and documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism
JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission or eligibility for admission in Massachusetts
