Role Overview

Join a leading global law firm's Real Estate Group in Philadelphia as a Real Estate Associate Attorney. This opportunity is ideal for a mid-to-senior-level associate with at least 3 years of transactional real estate experience. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing.

What You Will Do

Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, handle real estate acquisitions and dispositions, advise clients on real estate financing transactions, and draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • At least 3 years of solid transactional real estate experience
  • Experience with acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing, development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing
  • Large law firm experience is preferred; boutique or mid-size firm experience will also be considered
  • Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills
  • Excellent legal research and analytical abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
  • Demonstrated ability to manage small-to-mid-sized matters independently or take ownership of portions of larger matters
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong client service and interpersonal skills
