Experience representing both lenders and borrowers, as well as experience with portfolio transactions, REITs, and real estate funds, is highly valued.
What You Will Do
Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, handle construction and permanent financing transactions, advise clients on joint ventures, and work on portfolio transactions, REIT matters, and real estate fund investments.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of law firm experience focused on transactional real estate matters
- Experience with acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings, and joint ventures
- Experience representing both lenders and borrowers preferred
- Experience with portfolio transactions, REITs, and real estate funds
- Experience with equity joint venture investments, structuring, and entity formation
- Familiarity with transactions involving a broad range of real estate asset types
- Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver required
