Role OverviewWe are seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of law firm experience to join a leading Am Law firm and its highly regarded Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have broad transactional real estate experience, including acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings, joint ventures, and real estate investments.
What You Will Do
Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions. Handle construction and permanent financing transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers. Advise clients on joint ventures, including equity joint venture investments, structuring, and entity formation.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of law firm experience focused on transactional real estate matters
- Experience with acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings, and joint ventures
- Experience representing both lenders and borrowers preferred
- Experience with portfolio transactions, REITs, and real estate funds
- Experience with equity joint venture investments, structuring, and entity formation
- Familiarity with transactions involving a broad range of real estate asset types
- Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver required
