Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Attorney with at least four years of experience to join a full-service, multi-office law firm in Hartford, CT; Stamford, CT; or New Haven, CT.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience practicing in transactional commercial real estate
  • Familiarity with title and survey review
  • Negotiation and closing of transactions involving purchases, sales, borrowing and leasing
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bar admission in the state of practice
