Role OverviewDirect Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a leading law firm’s Real Estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, and development projects.
What You Will Do
Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, JV agreements, and loan documents, support acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate financings, assist with leasing matters, conduct due diligence, coordinate closings, and manage transaction documentation.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of real estate transactional experience, strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills, experience with commercial real estate transactions and diligence, and the ability to manage deals from signing through closing.
