What You Will Do
Negotiate purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, loan agreements, and other commercial finance and real estate transactions. You will have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, with a focus on growing your practice.

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in negotiating commercial finance and real estate transactions, with strong academics, writing, analytical, and communication skills. You are admitted to the Georgia Bar and have a strong interest in growing your practice.
