The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in commercial real estate transactions and shall have strong drafting, negotiation and management skills in all aspects of handling acquisitions and dispositions as well as closings on real estate finance transitions.

Requirements
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar
- 10-15 years of relevant real estate experience
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills for purchase and sale agreements, title policies, ground leases, development agreements and loan documentation
- Manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel
- Work collaboratively with attorneys in related practice areas such as redevelopment, corporate, tax, finance, and land use
