Requirements

  • Assess clients' needs, preferences, and financial capacity
  • Conduct comparative market analyses and determine property values
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation
  • Maintain and update property listings
  • Present, promote, and market properties to prospective buyers
  • Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school
  • Proven track record of successful sales
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Minimum age of 18+
