Role OverviewLaunch your real estate career with Windermere Summit, a real estate new broker training environment. You'll train in a cohort-based system led by Shelly Bean, following a two-phase learning program. As a real estate broker, you'll build your own business, provide guidance to buyers and sellers, and remain knowledgeable about the market.
What You Will Do
You'll dedicate 10-15 hours per week to our structured training program, attend classes, accountability groups, and coaching sessions, and comply with the expectations of the program to grow and launch your business.

Requirements
- Active WA real estate license (or expected to complete real estate course within 60 days)
- Must be going into real estate as a full time agent
