Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, forward thinking, resourceful candidate to provide support to the Development team in analyzing new development opportunities, providing cost/financial analyses, managing project budgets, and performing market research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, focus in real estate, finance, economics, or related field
  • 2-5 years experience of real estate development, construction, or related disciplines
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
