Job Description
Real Estate Associate (3–6 years) with broad transactional experience to join its sophisticated real estate practice.

Requirements

  • Structure, negotiate, and draft purchase and sale agreements, mortgage loan documents, and core transaction materials
  • Manage acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and closing processes
  • Oversee closing checklists and transaction documentation
  • Draft and negotiate commercial leases, joint ventures, construction agreements, CC&Rs, REAs, declarations, and easement agreements (preferred)

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $260,000 – $390,000 (U.S.)
