Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney to join a global Am Law firm’s Real Estate Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of law firm experience handling commercial real estate finance matters.
Requirements
Represent lenders and institutional clients in commercial real estate finance transactions
Draft and negotiate loan documents, security instruments, and related transaction materials
Conduct due diligence and manage transaction closings
Collaborate with attorneys across offices on national real estate finance matters
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and transaction stakeholders
