Role OverviewJoin Nelson Mullins' Real Estate Capital Markets group as a mid- to senior-level Real Estate Finance Associate. The team works with a range of perspectives to close commercial real estate loans, buy or sell loans and loan portfolios, and conduct due diligence for large transactions. You will be part of a dynamic and growing team, working with national banking associations, regional and local banks, and other non-bank financial institutions.
What You Will Do
As a Real Estate Finance Associate, you will be responsible for closing commercial real estate loans, buying or selling loans and loan portfolios, conducting due diligence for large multi-property and multi-loan transactions, administering assets pledged under master repurchase facilities, and securitizing and servicing loans as master or special servicer.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has loan-on-loan experience and is comfortable with servicing and custodial arrangements. Experience with loan origination is a plus but is not required. You will have strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience practicing as a finance associate
- Admitted to, and in good standing with, the Georgia Bar (or eligible for admission)
