Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Finance Attorney with at least five years of experience to join a full-service law firm. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial real estate, lender representation, and structured debt. Strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal skills are required.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in commercial real estate
  • Experience in lender representation in all asset classes
  • Experience with structured debt and secondary market
  • Knowledge of New York governing law, particularly New York lien law, and/or consolidation and assignments
  • Admission to the NY and CT bar
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
