Role OverviewWe are seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney with substantive experience representing lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience with mortgage, mezzanine, and construction loans, as well as real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
What You Will Do
Represent lenders in sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions, handle mortgage and construction real estate loan transactions, and advise clients throughout the lifecycle of real estate finance transactions.

Requirements
- Mid-level Associate Attorney with substantive real estate finance experience
- Meaningful experience representing lenders in commercial real estate transactions

- Experience with real estate acquisitions and dispositions preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Prior law firm experience required
- Admission to the District of Columbia Bar required
