Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will have substantial experience advising on the structuring, formation, and management of open-end and closed-end real estate funds, including co-investment vehicles and other real estate investment products. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners, lead teams, and advise sophisticated real estate fund sponsors and investors on complex fundraising, transactional, and regulatory matters.
What You Will Do
Represent real estate fund sponsors and investors in sophisticated transactions and negotiations, advise on fund formation and structuring, lead teams through fundraising processes, and draft and review fund documents.

Requirements
- 5+ years of real estate funds experience at a global or comparable law firm
- Substantial experience with real estate funds, co-investment vehicles, and real estate investment products
- Proven experience advising on open-end and closed-end fund structures
- Experience representing real estate fund sponsors and investors
- Strong knowledge of real estate fund structures, securities laws, and applicable regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate sophisticated fund and transaction documents
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters and competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California Bar in good standing
