The Investment Accountant II ensures that investment accounting policies and procedures are correctly applied to accounting records. The job involves auditing monthly accounting and reporting by third-party property managers, preparing general ledger account reconciliations, and preparing workpapers for SEC and investor reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years accounting experience
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Yardi system (preferred)
  • CPA Certification (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Power Query
