Role OverviewThe Real Estate Investments Co-op Internship is a full-time, 6-month program (40 hours per week) running from May through December. Interns will gain hands-on professional experience by contributing to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on the business.
What You Will Do
Contribute to real projects that will be implemented within the organization, collaborate with leaders and team members across departments, participate in professional development and networking opportunities, and present project experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program majoring in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related degree program.
- Strong background in MS Excel, and reporting.
- Background in ad-hoc reporting, and analysis preferred
- Exposure to budgeting and or forecasting beneficial
