What You Will Do
Handling all phases of complex real estate litigation including motions, depositions, discovery, and trials. Representing commercial landlords and owners in landlord-tenant disputes, lease enforcement, contract disputes, and construction-related matters. Negotiating settlements and developing business-oriented resolutions for clients.
