Job Description
The Real Estate Manager reports to the VP Showroom Development and will support the development of our showrooms through our comprehensive real estate processes. The Real Estate manager will develop relationships with our brokerage teams, landlords, attorneys, and Executive Team to facilitate our showroom opening objectives.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in Real Estate Management
  • Retail Brand experience expected
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience in Smartsheet a plus
  • Experience with Buxton Consumer Intelligence a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Ability to achieve results both independently and through others
