Job Description
The Real Estate Processing Specialist will support the Real Estate Processing Department by receiving and distributing loan conditions, reviewing Home Equity loans, and assisting in loan closings and funding. This role plays an important part in providing best in class service to our members.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in real estate lending
  • Knowledge of real estate lending and processing with an understanding of loan to value calculations, debt to income calculations, valuation reviews and title reviews.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
