Role OverviewThe Real Estate Project Coordinator is accountable for coordinating and executing new construction, remodeling, and renovation projects across the credit union footprint. This role oversees project schedules, budgets, documentation, vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, and project closeout to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational standards.
What You Will Do
Coordinates and manages all phases of assigned real estate, new construction, renovation, relocation, remodeling, facility update, and capital improvement projects from planning through project closeout. Develops and maintains project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, contracts, project documentation, punch lists, status reports, and closeout materials.

Requirements
- Five years to eight years of similar or related experience
- Associate degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering Technology, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of Facilities and Construction processes and methodologies
- Interpersonal skills, including trust, credibility, and diplomacy
- Ability to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs
