Requirements

  • 5–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
  • Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in real estate finance transactions
  • Experience with joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and general commercial real estate transactions
  • Familiarity with land use and development matters is a plus
  • Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar or eligibility to waive in
