Job Description
At HDR, we're seeking a Real Estate Services Section Leader to join our team in the Texas Gulf Coast area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate Services staff, including leadership, staff recruiting, development and retention, workload management, quality assurance/control and client development for Texas Gulf Coast. The position will involve working closely with HDR leadership to drive program development in the South-Central Region across all service lines and client asset types.

Requirements

  • Strong technical understanding pertaining to power, oil and gas, mining, industrial, transportation and water-related real estate and right of way programs
  • Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
  • Minimum 10 years of experience and implementation of the Texas State Property Code as it pertains to the Eminent Domain process
  • Minimum 10 years of experience and implementation of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition for Federal and Federally Assisted Programs
