Job Description
The Real Estate Services Section Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate Services staff, including leadership, staff recruiting, development and retention, workload management, quality assurance/control and client development for Texas Gulf Coast.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 10 years experience
  • Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Good leadership and organizational skills
  • Texas Real Estate Sales License or Texas Real Estate Broker License IRWA SR/WA Certification
  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience and implementation of the Texas State Property Code as it pertains to the Eminent Domain process.
  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience and implementation of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition for Federal and Federally Assisted Programs.
