Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Services Section Leader to lead the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate Services staff, responsible for leadership, staff recruiting, development and retention, workload management, quality assurance/control and client development for Texas Gulf Coast. The candidate must have a strong technical understanding pertaining to power, oil and gas, mining, industrial, transportation and water-related real estate and right of way programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years of experience
Texas Real Estate Sales License or Texas Real Estate Broker License
IRWA SR/WA Certification
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments
Good leadership and organizational skills
