Job Description
The Real Estate Services Section Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate Services staff, including leadership, staff recruiting, development and retention, workload management, quality assurance/control and client development for Texas Gulf Coast. The position involves working closely with HDR leadership to drive program development in the South-Central Region across all service lines and client asset types.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 10 years experience
  • Texas Real Estate Sales License or Texas Real Estate Broker License
  • IRWA SR/WA Certification
  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience and implementation of the Texas State Property Code as it pertains to the Eminent Domain process.
  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience and implementation of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition for Federal and Federally Assisted Programs.
