Job Description
PurchRock is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage all aspects of the real estate transaction process, from contract to closing. The role involves working with various parties to ensure deadlines are met and documents are accurate, and requires strong communication and relationship-building skills. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role within a growing company.
Requirements
Manage transaction contracts from home buyers and sellers
Support sales agents with paperwork (appraisals, titles, mortgage loans)
Process offers and counteroffers from buyers
Ensure inspections, appraisals, contract signings, and paperwork are completed
Input client information into the client database
Support sales manager and sales team
Excellent customer service
High detail-oriented
