Job Description
Real Estate Transactional Associate with 3–6 years of experience to handle complex commercial real estate transactions from start to finish, draft and negotiate agreements, conduct due diligence, and support mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
  • Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, development transactions, and real estate financing transactions
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Experience conducting comprehensive real estate due diligence
  • Excellent written, verbal, and client communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Active Ohio Bar admission required
