Job Description
Real Estate Associate (3–6 years) with broad transactional experience sought for high-value transactions across a range of asset classes and deal structures.

Requirements

  • Structure, negotiate, and draft purchase and sale agreements, mortgage loan documents, and core transaction materials
  • Manage acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and closing processes
  • Oversee closing checklists and transaction documentation

Benefits
