Role OverviewThis position provides data analysis to Department of War (DOW) customers at the Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO) Directorate of Public Works (DPW). The Real Property/GFEBS Analyst position will focus on maintaining real property financial data in the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) in order to ensure that MOTCO remains audit ready.
What You Will Do
Perform GFEBS data analysis, updates, inputs, and edits. Ensure reporting in GFEBS is consistent with information in the real property physical and digital folders including financial transactions with construction agents and maintenance records.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- 3-5 years of administrative clerical experience
- Experience working in audit and/or accounting preferred
- Professional customer service skills and good oral and written communication skills are required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Ability to acquire a security clearance
- Candidate must be a US citizen
