Job Description
The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking a Real Property Researcher to support the City's efforts to acquire and dispose of real property interests outside the 5 boroughs of NYC, and to continue meeting obligations under the City's Filtration Avoidance Determination (FAD), Water Withdrawal Permit, and 1997 Watershed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, one year of which must have been in an administrative capacity
  • Ability to work with historical maps, documents, municipal records, land records and City databases
